1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Xexiq ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Xexiq dynamic QR codes or hosted storage to distribute malware, phishing campaigns, deceptive redirects, illegal materials, or harmful content. Accounts violating safety and compliance policies may be suspended immediately.

3. Service Availability & Redirection SLA

Xexiq aims for high availability of its dynamic redirect routing network. We maintain redundant cloud infrastructure to ensure your physical QR codes resolve quickly and reliably.

4. Subscription Tiers & Storage Quotas

Workspaces are allocated storage and feature quotas based on their assigned tier (Free 250MB, Starter 1GB, Pro 5GB, Agency 25GB). Exceeding quota limits may restrict new file uploads until storage is cleared or the workspace plan is upgraded.
