Xexiq collects account information provided during registration (name, email address, company name), configuration data for dynamic QR codes and destinations, uploaded documents and media files stored in your workspace, and non-personally identifiable scan telemetry (device platform, browser family, timestamp, and approximate geography).

2. How We Use Information

Data is collected to deliver, secure, and improve the dynamic QR redirect service, provide scan analytics dashboards to account owners, maintain cloud storage quotas on AWS S3, and authenticate authorized users across multi-tenant organizations.

3. Cloud File Storage & Data Security

Files uploaded to Xexiq are stored on industry-standard cloud infrastructure (AWS S3) with organization-level access boundaries. We enforce encryption in transit and rest, and we do not sell or monetize customer data or scan logs.

4. User Rights & Data Retention

Account owners have the right to export scan telemetry, delete individual QR codes, remove uploaded files, or terminate their workspace at any time.
